Yes, every box covers both eyes’ prescriptions, even if you have different prescriptions/brands for each eye. When this happens, we will adjust your monthly price to be the average of the 2 brands you need.
Yes, all products are FDA-approved.
We accept debit cards & all major credit cards.
That will depend on a number of factors, such as how soon we receive a valid prescription, as well as lenses availability. Once your prescription has been verified, your box will generally ship within 7 business days, and subsequent boxes will arrive every 3 or 6 months after that.
Though most customers receive their first box within 1 week, some customers that require specialty lenses (such as XR or XR toric lenses) may have to wait longer, as those lenses are custom-made.
At this time, Optikal only ships to the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

- 3-month supply of contacts (for both eyes)
- 4 Optikal hand wipes
- 1 bottle of eyecare gummies

Of course. Simply send us an email titled "Account Pause" to help@optikalcontactcare.com with your first & last name included in the email & we will pause your account for one month.
First, customize your box by choosing the desired brand of lenses and contact lens solution. Next, enter your shipping & billing info. Finally, you must upload a picture of your prescription or manually enter the required info, which we will verify. Once verified, we ship your box and each subsequent box will be shipped out every 3 months (bi-weekly & daily wearers) or 6 months (monthly wearers).
For those paying monthly, each box's cost is divided into 3 payments (bi-weekly & daily wearers) or 6 payments (monthly wearers). Once the box is fully paid off, then the subscription automatically restarts, and another box is sent out.
Once the box is received and opened, all charges are final. However, if you send the box back unopened, we will refund the box. Also, if you did not request for a signature requirement on your shipments, you must pay up-front for another box to be sent out.
You can cancel your service at any time without penalty by emailing us at help@optikalcontactcare.com with your first & last name and letting us know you want to cancel.
If you haven't paid off your box, you will be charged for the remaining balance owed on the box.
